Gabrielle (Jill Gladys), assertive and independent woman who recently headed a mental hospital. Gabrielle was disappointed, because the state hospitals are not neglected, and finally she make a changes to improve hospital conditions.
One day Gabrielle inadvertently discovered a great secret hidden by the hospital. A girl named Stella (Indri Satiya) deprived by the former director of the hospital, then she save the girl from the sad state.
Gabrielle decided to contact Panji (Ringgo Agus Rahman) to help her back to normal. Panji saw a strange sign on Stella's neck, but Gabrielle though it just a birthmark.
Based on Stella's condition, eventually, Gabrielle conducted an investigation together with Panji to investigate the origin of Stella and a strange mark on her neck.
