The story begins from the family of Mr. Sandy's massacre by psychopathic patients is characterized by the emergence of human heartbeats in one night. Mr. Sandy alone escaped death, but his wife and two children have been victims of the killer's sadism.
Furthermore, intermittent events 10 years later, where a group of children consisting of Alfons easy, Ricky, Rere, Edwin, Amel, dence, Rosma and Mita will celebrate New Year's Eve in a secluded villa in the region.
